Honest settlement: Customers of Jessica Alba’s products may be entitled to money

If you’ve bought products from Jessica Alba’s Honest Health and Wellness company, you may be entitled to a refund of some of your money.
Honest has reached a $7 million settlement to end a class action suit claiming the company used unfair and deceptive practices in the marketing, advertising and labeling of some of its products. The settlement does not include an admission of guilty by Honest.
The suit claimed Honest labeled its products as “natural” or “plant-based” despite allegedly containing synthetic materials.
You are entitled to compensation in the case if you are:
A U.S. resident
You purchased and did not return an Honest product
Your purchase took place between Jan. 17, 2012 and July 10, 2017
Qualified applicants who submit a claim form will be entitled to up to $2.50 for each purchase up to 10 products without Proof of Purchase. Applicants are entitled to unlimited compensation with proof of purchase, with payout either in the form of reimbursement of credit for future purchases at Honest.com.
The deadline to submit a claim form is Oct. 23. Covered products:
